Return Process

  Return your items for free at any Bouclair store location or initiate a mail-in return through our online member portal.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Bring your items to the service desk in-store or securely package them and drop them off at an authorized shipping carrier using our provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
